at this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. all sales are final! if you received the wrong/damaged item, please email us and we will get that sorted out for you ASAP.

we are based out of saint augustine, FL. as of right now, we have not done any pop-ups in the area but are definitely planning on doing that in the future. if you're from/close to st aug, please reach out via insta! would love to invite some of you to my shop space & make you a coffee!

unfortunately once a package has been marked delivered, there is nothing we can do on our end. we recommend reaching out to your local post office to inquire about it's whereabouts + see if it got delivered to the wrong address.

typically we have a 3-5 day processing time. it may take another 3-5 days for your order to be delivered once it has been shipped.

yes, I recommend sizing up for an oversized look! most of our hoodies, sweatshirts, & tees fit true to size but you can go to our "size charts" page to get an accurate measurement of each product. depending on how oversized you're wanting it, I would even recommend sizing up twice!

yes, we ship worldwide! there have been some issues with international shipping due to COVID-19. if you place an order internationally, we cannot be held responsible for the package once it has left the United States.
